Thai stocks opened up 0.23% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,699.79 points, up 3.82 points from Friday's close. The trade value was 2.60 billion baht with 1.38 billion shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,083.74 points, up 2.11 points or 0.20%, with a total trade value of 890 million baht. The MAI index opened up 2.62 points or 0.46% to stand at 577.56 points with total transaction value of 147 million baht.
